Our veggie section for this weekend is stocked and ready to grow. This weekend two great nursery classes are offered! 

Beekeeping 101 Taught by Farmer Bill in the farmhouse Saturday, April 12 8:00am – 9:30am Learn how to set up and maintain a thriving hive (and harvest honey!) FREE/no need to RSVP Feel free to bring a chair! There is plenty of floor space but not always enough seating.

Basics of Yeast Dough First in a series of yeast baking classes taught by Chef MacGregor in the big kitchen Sunday, April 13 10:00 am Chef MacGregor will demonstrate how to portion and shape dinner rolls and how to shape dough with fingertips when making focaccia. The purpose of kneading, proofing, retarding, portioning and shaping will be discussed as well as choosing the correct flour. Learn the use of a food processor and standing mixer to develop the dough as well as how to knead yeast dough by hand. $20.00.
