Cooler weather does not mean hibernation. This is San Diego, and fall is a great time to grow vegetables.

Not all vegetables are suitable for fall/winter gardens. Come by and check out what's growing in the nursery - it is San Diego fall gardens approved...

1-gallon specialty peppers and sweet potatoes are reduced in price and nearly sold out!

Strawberries to start now! We have a limited supply of specialty strawberries, $4.29 each. These varieties will provide fresh berries throughout the months ahead.

Edgy Veggie Pizzas Sunday, September 28 1:00 – 2:30 pm Tickets are $10 per kitchen participant, limit 15 (Class observers are free/no need to RSVP) The magnificent Chef Kate will teach about the three key elements to a delicious pizza:

  • master a basic pizza dough (gluten free included)
  • explore exciting sauce options
  • prep summer veggie harvests for toppings

We will review equipment options for home oven and barbeque. Farmer Bill will heat up his outdoor homemade clay oven for this class!
