As our days turn shorter and darker, what better way to cheer our homes than with living colors.

All these beautiful red, white, and pink blooms are thriving at City Farmers.

Christmas cactus live especially long and propagate easily. It is nice to watch one bloom for years and  think about the person who shared the initial cutting.

They look like sticks now, but wait til Spring.

Newly-potted into 5-gallons are old favorites like Mr. Lincoln and JFK.

Edible News:

Bare root asparagus and strawberries are available until Wednesday, December 10.

The nursery's herb and vegetable areas are fully stocked. Who can resist adding to those fall/winter vegetable gardens all season?
