Off to a great start!

Events on the Farm

Our first nursery class of the year, Pruning Basics, was hosted by Farmer Bill this weekend. Thank you to all the early-bird gardeners who came by to learn how to give trees and shrubs a proper cut!

Here is our 2015 calendar; subject to change, of course, because when we get a chance to offer an additional class, we take it!

Next, meet up in the farmhouse kitchen for:

Chocolate Splendor, February 7, 1:30-4pm

A little garden advice....

Time is running out to treat your fruit trees with dormant spray to protect from fungus and leaf rot during the growing season. From the time the last leaf falls to when the buds open, this should be applied 3 times.

Stop by the nursery for a bottle of dormant spray and lots of free advice.

Nursery math:

Plant containers marked with white paint = 30% discount

Watch for these discounts throughout the nursery.
