"What is that amazing smell?"

Night-blooming jasmine (Cestrum nocturnum) is an AMAZING smelling woody evergreen shrub. It grows between 4 and 13 feet tall, yielding simple glossy, lance-shaped green leaves and long vine-like stems.  It makes a great border shrub.

This plant, which is native to the West Indies and Latin America, is not particularly showy, but humans and butterflies love the scent.

Night-blooming jasmine blooms when the weather is warm (perfect for Sunny San Diego), and its narrow, white blossoms only open at night. Come in and see for yourself!
