You will learn easy to master techniques to bake delicious bread even without wheat and gluten:
We will sample gluten free bread during the class.
Every student receives a handout with a flour blend recipe and hearty classic bread recipe as well as a dried gluten free sourdough starter to bake your own sourdough at home.
