When it comes to berries, the simpler the recipe the better. We'll learn to select, clean and store these fruits, make basic sauces, pair with garden herbs or scented geraniums in iced desserts, tarts, shortcakes and crumbles.

Observers are welcome to attend the first part of the class (the learning part) for free.
Note: ticket sales for kitchen participants end 2 days before event, allowing our instructors to buy enough materials and prepare for a wonderful experience.
