Meatless cusine is now a choice for more people than it was 40 years ago when Molly Katzen started the Moosewood Collective in Ithaca, New York.
Four cookbooks later lets take the opportunity to cook and bake from the recipes of this early pioneering vegetarian restaurant with appetizers, main dishes, veggies and sweets.
Cost: $15 for Kitchen Participants
Observers are welcome to stay for the first 30 minutes or so of class to learn.
Note: City Farmers will be closed this day, but the kitchen (only) will be open only for those registered for this class.
