Pocket Prairies 🐝🦋

This class is tailored to those with a small gardening space. We will discuss the importance of pollinators and how we can help support our local biodiversity through the use of regionally-appropriate California native plants.

This class is taught by our friend Kelsey at Living Earth Native Gardens specializing in California native habitat gardens and restorative landscapes

Learn more about them on Facebook or Instagram.

Since 1972, we've focused on simple growing methods, time-tested advice, and locally-grown plants.

We'd love to invite you down to our open-air canyon classroom for a fun morning of casual learning.

Our open-air, canyon classroom means layers, hats, sunscreen, and water are recommended.

Free to attend, no RSVP required.

We kindly ask that if you take advantage of a free class, and if mobility allows, that you consider finding street parking on Altadena Ave and walk over, keeping our parking lot open. You can pop by our "Loading Zone" afterwards for easy parking-free loading!
