🌲 Community Combine: Light Up the Season with SDYS

💚 About the Drive
This holiday season, our Community Combine is teaming up with San Diego Youth Services to help make the holidays shine bright for local youth.
We’re collecting holiday decorations to accompany over 40 live Christmas trees that will be donated to SDYS foster group homes across San Diego.
Your contributions bring warmth, creativity, and a sense of home to youth who deserve a joyful, festive space of their own.
🎁 What We’re Collecting
Until December 14, we’re accepting:
🎄 Tree ornaments
💡 String lights (colorful or classic)
⭐ Tree toppers
✨ Any new or gently used decorations that make a tree-trimming experience special
Used-but-usable items are welcome! Every decoration helps make a tree sparkle for a youth this season.
🌟 How It Works
City Farmers Nursery will donate 3% of all cut-tree sales this season to SDYS.
Together, we’ll provide 40+ fresh trees for SDYS foster group homes.
You provide the magic — by donating decorations, lights, and ornaments to make each tree unique.
The kids get to come and “shop” for their tree and pick out decorations together, as a group.
All donations go directly to San Diego Youth Services and the kids they serve.
