Fall Festival at City Farmers
Fall Festival at City Farmers
For over a decade, dozens of local artists and crafters with fully hand-made items have taken over our grounds for a day of festival fun!
Thinking about becoming a vendor at City Farmers Nursery’s Fall Harvest Festival?
Update: our 2025 event is full.
Drop your email to learn more when our 2026 is scheduled.
Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions to see if this is the event for you!
-
The festival typically takes place on the second Saturday of October from 9a-4p.
And yes, we ask you to plan to stay for the full show if participating.
-
Vendor spots are first-come, first-served and tend to fill quickly!
When registration opens, we send an email (more on that below) to everyone on our vendor invite list with details on how to reserve a spot.
-
We love showcasing:
Handmade crafts and artisan goods, with the artist giving live demos if possible
Local artists and photographers
Jewelry, candles, baked goods
Fiber arts, wellness items, natural beauty products
Unique or upcycled creations
If it’s made with love and local hands, we want to hear from you!
This is not an event for:
Resellers, import/exporters, or mass-manufactured products
Corporate, MLM, or appointment-booking service providers
Plants, seeds, succulents, planter pots that would be considered competitive with our inventory
Food vendors or food trucks (due to the limits of our grounds and our neighboring restaurant)
-
Not really. There is a $50 refundable vendor fee to reserve your space. Details will be included in the vendor registration email. This fee is simply to discourage cancellations.
All fees are returned to vendors at the close of the event, around 4p.
-
Each vendor will receive:
A designated outdoor space (you’ll need to bring your own table, canopy, and setup)
Access to nearby restrooms and supervised off-site parking at New Creation Church
We recommend preparing for all kinds of weather—it’s fall in San Diego, but still unpredictable!
-
The event runs from 9a-4p and we ask for full-day commitment.
Vendor setup runs 6:30a - 8:30a.
All cars must be moved out of our lots by 8:30a (we do provide free, supervised off-site parking).Full timing and logistics will be provided in your confirmation email if your spot is secured.
-
Yes, please do! This is a community-driven event, and we rely on our network to help us reach local shoppers, artists, and neighbors. Share our social posts, tell your friends, or even bring someone new to the festival. 💛
-
Sure thing! We’ll need you both to sign a liability waiver at registration day, though.
