Woe for the potato (and onions and garlic)...February 5, 2014

Bad weather won't keep our onions away for long!
Bad weather won't keep our onions away for long!

Potatoes have eyes. Storms do, too.

While we're enjoying mild weather, our organic potato grower is in the middle of a pesky polar vortex, and is postponing shipments of potatoes, onions, and garlic.

With chattering teeth and apologies, our grower said that they will be back to work in about two weeks, meaning that we're hoping orders will come in during early March.

We know you are anxious to get started with your potatoes, onions, and garlic, and we will quickly spread the word  when they arrive. Thank you for waiting with us, and remember, we are brimming with soil and amendments to prepare your garden for spring planting!

Plenty of other vegetables and herbs are potted up and ready for sale.

And what is available? Come and see!
